Refund policy

We do not accept returns due to all products being personalised please check that your order is correct before completing checkout. If you receive your order confirmation and notice a mistake please email ASAP

 All orders are final and we do not offer refunds if you have changed your mind or can not wait for our turnaround time. Please refer to the headers on our homepage for all information regarding time frames and delivery.

In the unlikely event we have got your order wrong we will however offer a replacement or a refund if we are unable to fulfil a replacement.
